- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
3. Estimates and Proposals
Important: Each estimate or proposal states its own validity period, assumptions, exclusions, and acceptance method. This website does not create a default validity period.
Our estimates are based on:
- Information you provide about your project
- Our on-site assessment and measurements
- Current material and labor costs
Final pricing may vary if:
- Site conditions differ from what was visible during assessment
- You request changes to the scope of work
- Hidden issues are discovered during construction (e.g., water damage, structural issues)
- Material costs change significantly before contract signing
4. Contracts and Agreements
All remodeling projects require a signed written contract before work begins. Our contracts include:
- Detailed scope of work
- Project schedule, sequencing, or timing assumptions
- Total price and payment schedule
- Material specifications
- Warranty information
- Terms for changes and cancellations
The signed contract supersedes any verbal discussions, estimates, or proposals. Please review your contract carefully before signing.
5. Payment Terms
Project Payment Schedule
The deposit, progress-payment milestones, final payment, and any change-order payment schedule are the amounts and dates stated in the signed project documents. This website does not establish a default payment schedule.
Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods are stated on the applicable contract or invoice. Third-party processors control their own availability, fees, security, and privacy practices.
Late Payments
Consequences for a missed payment apply only as stated in the signed project documents and applicable law. Depending on those terms, they may include:
- Work stoppage until payment is received
- Late fees as specified in your contract
- Collection action for significantly overdue amounts
6. Change Orders
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order. Change orders will specify:
- Description of the change
- Impact on project cost (if any)
- Impact on project timeline (if any)
Work on changes will not begin until the change order is signed by both parties.
7. Project Timeline
We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, timelines may be affected by:
- Material availability and supply chain delays
- Weather conditions (for exterior work)
- Permit approval timelines
- Discovery of hidden conditions requiring additional work
- Client-requested changes
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Known schedule changes are communicated through the method and update points identified for the project.
8. Warranty
Written Workmanship Coverage: When a project includes a workmanship warranty, the signed project documents define its duration, covered work, start date, exclusions, notice requirements, and claim process.

Material Warranties
Materials installed are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We will provide warranty information for major materials and assist with warranty claims when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the contract price for the work in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Requirements vary by project location and scope. Before contracting, ask us to identify the insurance, municipal registration, permit, and licensed-trade requirements that apply to the proposed work and to provide or coordinate the applicable current documentation.
